We are looking for an experienced CPG salesperson with solid communication skills, self-motivation, and a driven mindset responsible for promoting and selling products to retailers, distributors, and food services. Candidates must educate customers about product benefits and advantages, conduct product demonstrations and training, address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and finalize sales transactions. Candidates also need to travel to build and maintain client relationships. Being able to work independently is essential to succeed in this job.
We are looking for a product developer responsible for refining products, conducting trials and experiments, working with manufacturers to optimize ingredient combinations, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles, and adjusting recipes based on sensory evaluations and feedback. Candidates must be able to optimize production costs without compromising quality or taste. Candidates also need to provide guidelines and specifications for production processes, including ingredient measurement, cooking instructions, and quality control measures, conducting on-site evaluations, and troubleshooting during the initial production runs. Candidate should have culinary education, preferably a culinary arts degree, along with food science or technology training.
