Bibimbap is a one of the most popular Korean dishes. It is rice topped with assorted and individually sauteed vegetables and gochujang (fermented red chili paste) based sauce. Our purple rice is made with organic short grain white rice and organic black rice and a drop of organic avocado oil. We made vegetarian and vegan versions of this dish with a choice of organic egg or organic tofu as the protein. This version is vegan with organic baked tofu.  All ingredients are natural or organic, see our ingredients list for details. It is clean, fresh, and full of flavors, perfect for a light lunch or dinner. All vegetables, protein and rice are fully cooked and all you need to do is to reheat 1.5 minutes in microwave in the included bowl for softened rice and mix the sauce in and consume.
